To secure your spot, follow this step-by-step guide to get involved.
1. Become a Part of the Team: Begin your journey by joining the esteemed "Fortun£ Friday$" team on Lichess. Click here to be directly taken to the team page.
2. Fill in the Entry Form: Next, click the purchase button below to fill out the paid entry form. Our Early Bird rate of £12.99 is available until Sunday, the 26th of November. Starting from the 27th of November until the 27th of December, our entry fee of £15 will apply. A late fee of £20 will come into effect from the 28th of December until the start and end of the tournament on Friday, the 29th of December. By providing your lichess username and paying the entry fee, you'll be added to the list of permitted players and become eligible to participate in the tournament. Our team will message you on lichess once we have received your information and added your username to the permitted players list.
3. Enter the Tournament: Once your username has been added to the list of approved participants, navigate back to the team page on lichess and locate the Christmas Edition Chess Tournament (click here to go directly). The "join" button will now be green. Click on this button, and you are now registered for the tournament.
